General Information

House Rules

Shirts and shoes are required in the Lobby of the resort at all times. In order to minimize expense to the resort, a unit inventory is done upon departure by our Housekeeping Department and there may be a charge assessed for any broken, damaged, or missing items. Please report any missing or damaged items to the Front Desk during your stay. In order to maintain the beautiful appearance of our resort, please do not drape towels or clothing over the lanais.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in the units and on the lanai. You will be charged a $250.00 fee if it is evident that smoking has occurred in the unit.

Quiet Hours

Quiet time is observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please be considerate of your fellow guests by keeping noise to a minimum during this time.

Housekeeping

Please come down to the 3rd-floor Housekeeping Department for towel and linen exchange from 7am-8pm. In-room cleaning services are by request only. Dial extension 33 for details.

Housekeeping will be entering your room for trash removal between 8am-4pm on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Convenience Items are available to use from our Housekeeping Department. (No additional fees when returned in the same condition.) Dial the Housekeeping office for more information at extension 33.
Items available: bathrobe, blender, cake mixer, colander, cookie sheet, crockpot, electric kettle, electric skillet, foam mattress topper, glass/plastic salad bowl, kitchen scissors, lounge chair cover, Pyrex pan, and rice cooker with a paddle.
